Most times, I would consider myself a creature of habit; Same clothes, same food, same habits. I’m not adverse to change or trying something new, mind you. I just tend to go with what I know as it tends to produce the fastest results with little fuss.
However, today I decided to alter my typical lunch plans (Usualy consisting of Subway) and try a little Japanese restaurant that came to the area some time ago called Takumi. One would think I’d have jumped at the chance to try this place when it first appeared (Having been a big fan of Chinmei’s when it was on State Street, God rest it’s soul and big ass bowls of ramen). But, for whatever reason, I never bothered to try. Perhaps the initial fancy appearance of the restaurant made me thing it’s take longer to get a meal than I’d have had time for.
